This course is designed to offer life saving perspectives to those that serve our community as Real Estate Professionals. Since 2003, Real Estate has been classified as a “High Risk Profession” by security training programs across the Nation and Southern Nevada is no exception. At the heart of what makes this job so risky, is there are rarely formal training requirements set forth by the parent company. Some of this is driven by the fear of acknowledging the risks inherent to the job, some is the lack of funding or availability of training.

No matter the restrictions, we feel the need to offer as much training, as affordable and convenient as possible to the men and women exposing themselves to potentially dangerous and compromising situations in the course of their job. This mobile course is designed to be offered at locations of your choosing to maximize exposure of the course material.

We understand that cancellations occur when situations arise that are out of the span of our control. Course registration fees
are 100% non-refundable. Students may waive attendance for the course by contacting DHT via phone, message or email 7
days prior to the course date to provide notice and receive credit to attend the booked course on a future date. Students who
fail to contact DHT to provide notice will not be afforded the credit for another training date. Further, in the event any course
is cancelled by DHT a future course date will be implemented for students to attend or receive a credit for a future class. By
